1. Making an appointment

Contact us to make a no-obligation complementary initial appointment with one of our consultants. We will confirm your appointment time and date by letter or email and include a Client Profile Questionnaire which we will ask you to complete and return prior to your appointment. The questionnaire is important as it provides us with an opportunity to gain an understanding of your situation prior to our meeting with you. This means that our time together can be spent discussing what is important to you and how we can help you achieve your goals.

During your initial consultation, your consultant will gain an understanding of your goals and objectives, find out what is important to you and determine your attitudes to investing based upon any previous experience you may have.

2. Proposal to proceed to the next stage

After your initial meeting with us, you will receive a proposal letter, confirming our understanding of your current situation and the issues for which you are seeking our advice. We will also detail any additional areas we feel will need to be included in the advice process.

A fee quote is provided for the financial planning process, including the preparation of a Statement of Advice (financial blueprint). The fee will vary depending on the complexity of your situation. Your consultant will be in touch to gather any additional information that is required, and may arrange further meetings with you.

3. Preparation of your financial blueprint

Your consultant will then prepare a written financial plan (called a Statement of Advice), based upon the information gathered from you and your other professional advisers (Accountants and Solicitors). This written plan will be the financial blueprint from which we will work with you in the future.

Another meeting will then be arranged with you to work through our strategies and recommendations. The Statement of Advice may then be taken away by you to read more thoroughly and discuss with your family and other professional advisors.

4. Final meeting and implementation

A final meeting will then be arranged to discuss all aspects of our strategies and recommendations. Any additional adjustments will be made at this meeting and the agreed strategy and recommendations, implemented.

5. Ongoing service

In accordance with your needs, your consultant will discuss the various options for our ongoing services available to you. A Service Agreement will then be prepared and signed by both parties. Depending on the nature of the agreed service arrangement our consultants will contact you, as required, to arrange review meetings with you and continue to ensure that your strategy takes into account changes in personal circumstances, as well as regulatory changes in legislation
